Day 2
Today was our second day of the challenge which we
were desperate to earn it. We had a very helpful discussion with
Akansha ma’am where we shared our research about Diarrhoea and got our research
criteria and doubts cleared. Through this we realized that most of us had not done research about our client WASH United and had directly moved towards the
research of diarrhoea.
To earn the challenge, we needed our class to come together as a team. And therefore, we set 5 goals...:
- Giving everyone an equal chance
- Hold each other accountable
- Doing right by me
- Getting the Moral Authority – do the job first and then tell others to do it or follow you
- Talking to everyone in class, Same page Same team
- Accepting other’s ideas and listening to them
- Lifting each other up
To achieve our goals, we decided to practice a few habits regularly:
- Give shout outs at end of the day – appreciate our peers who have shown a positive attitude in the day
- Make a log for us to be more mindful about washing hands after sports, after and before lunch and thus earn the MORAL AUTHORITY
- As Gandhiji has rightly said, Walk the Talk, so we are now putting into practice some good habits first for ourselves.
Our main aim achieve through this challenge is to PREVENT diarrhoea rather than looking
at the CURE of it
