3. Just as diarrhoea needs to be prevented to keep your body healthy, what all do you need to do to keep yourself healthy in mind, body and heart?

  1. To keep our mind healthy we should study or play brain games. To keep the body healthy we need to exercise. To keep the heart healthy, we need to have an optimistic attitude.

  2. To keep our mind,body,heart we also have to have a good diet and exercise for mind studying,learning a new skill,making something helps. For heart helping someone, being kind and all those positive traits help.

To keep ourselves healthy in mind, body and heart, we should exercise or do yoga, have a healthy diet, learn a new skill that will keep us focused on that, study, play outdoor games, be kind, helpful, generous etc. We should focus on these so that our focus does not shift to having verbal diarrhea.

  4. To keep ourselves healthy in the mind we should do brain teasers like sudoku or crossword by which we start thinking more. To keep our body healthy we should do a lot of exercise and play sports for almost 2 hrs everyday by which we are healthy. To keep ourselves healthy by the heart we need to be a good person by the heart and not only have verbal diarrhoea.

  5. To keep our body , mind and heart healthy we need to have a good diet that contains an
    adaqute amount of all nutrients and minerals that help our body to function and grow
    proper and help repair all damages.We also should do excrise to keep us physically fit
    and we also should have a way in which we could oil our brains which can be playing
    sudoku or solving brain teasers. We also should make an enviroment that prevents vorbal
    diarrhea and keeps you calm.

  6. To keep ur mind healthy dont think all about negative things and also have a massage on ur head , also play some indoor activities. To keep ur body healthy play outdoor games and also do exercise. To keep ur heart healthy have less junk and more of healthy food.

  7. To keep our mind healthy we can play brain games, do puzzles and different brain teasers. To keep our body healthy we need to do good amount of exercise as well as have a good and a balanced diet. All of this will lead to a good heart as your mind is not distracted about something else and will have focus on what you are achieving. This will mean no verbal diarrhoea which means a good person at heart.

To keep our mind healthy we need to read newspapers and share with our peers about the headlines, play game like sudoku or word search and solve brain teasers. I read newspapers but never share as there are no talks about that. Eating healthy food slips out the moment pizza comes on the way.

  11. There are a lot of things you can do to keep your mind, body and heart healthy. First of all you need to keep your body fit by eating nutritious food and exercising regularly. To keep your mind healthy, try setting up a goal every morning that you want to achieve and try to look at everything in your day with positivity. This may get hard sometimes so use help from friends and family at times. Also try to reflect and understand where you have gone wrong or what did you do right. Keep increasing your knowledge and perspective towards everything and your health will increase overall.

  13. All 3 of these are interconnected - if we have a healthy body we would have a healthy mind and heart. For keeping our body healthy we need to drink the right amount of water and have a balanced diet and exercise regularly. For keeping our mind healthy we can play Brain teasers, Sudoku and do daily rigor which would help develop and massage our our brains everyday. By staying happy and kind, helpful to everybody and staying fit we would have a healthy and rich heart.

  20. Prevention is one of the main aspect to keep your body safe and healthy. All of these are linked to each other. To keep a healthy body your heart and mind should be fine fettle. For a healthy mind you should firstly freshen up your mind by just outing and then to oil up your brain machines, you need daily rigor, puzzles, brain teasers, problem solving and also an positive attitude. To keep a healthy heart you need daily exercise and healthy diet, as our heart is connected to our nervous system there should be no stress.
